A 20-day special training camp in martial arts was being organised by the DJS for Muslim youth which began on July 11. The camp was being organised in view of the lynching of Muslims across the country and to teach self defence from mob attacks.

A video of the training camp went viral, after which the police inquired into the activity at the ground and stopped the activity.

President Wahdat-e-Islami Maulana Naseeruddin reached Eidgah Ujale Shah Ground and staged protest against police action.
