Ponnala objects to KCR’s outburst against Chandrababu

Hyderabad: Former TPCC president Ponnala Laxmaiah has demanded that the caretaker Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao give clarity on early elections to the people of the Telangana State.

Speaking to the media here on Friday, Ponnala said it was not proper for KCR to make atrocious remarks against Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu. He asked KCR, who was dubbing TDP as Telangana betrayer, to explain how he had forged an alliance with it in 2009 elections. He also reminded that the TRS had secured 10 seats due to an alliance with TDP in 2009.

Ponnala alleged that KCR floated TRS party when he was not inducted in then TDP government. He ridiculed KCR for confining himself to his farmhouse instead of working for uplift of people. He alleged that KCR was an accused in ED, Passports, and Sahara cases.
