Ponnam pained at Inter Board episode, urges Guv to intervene

Hyderabad: Former MP and working president of Telangana Congress Ponnam Prabhakar Goud today stated that he and his other College representatives were greatly pained and disturbed due to the deaths of the Intermediate students, which had taken place only due to the deliberate, negligent action of Messrs Globerana Technologies Pvt. Ltd in handling the Intermediate Examinations. So far, 18 students have died due to this.

In a letter to Governor E L S Narasimhan today, Ponnam said when similar incident happened at JNTU, Kakinada earlier, “you had taken a Su-moto action against all concerned, but no action has been initiated on this serious issue till now”, he said. It appears that the deaths of innocent Intermediate students seem to have no effect on either the State or the Governor. It is not understandable as why such biased attitude was shown or was it favoritism on one Company/its offices/all concerned with the issue or to allow the things to cover up by itself?

“Please initiate necessary action as was done earlier and help the poor souls to rest in peace. Help the parents of the innocent students to get justice”, he added.
