Hyderabad: The State High Court on Thursday reserved orders in Telugu film actor Prabhas guest house seizure case. The court took the decision after the completion of the arguments from both sides in the case.
The counsel for Prabhas presented his arguments in the case and told the court that the land where the guest house built was bought by Prabhas father . He also told the court that the actor had approached the concerned authorities for regularisation of his property . He further told the court that the officials concerned seized the guest house without giving any notice to the actor.
On the other hand, the government pleader has filed an affidavit before the court and informed it that it would not demolish the guest house until further orders of the HC.
