Noted social activist, Mr. Ram Punyani explained how ISIS created. He said that the process started when 9/11 took place. During the lecture, he said that it was Al Qaeda that later lead to formation of ISIS.
He explained that Islam is not behind any terrorism. “Muslims are the biggest victim of terrorism”, he added.
