PUBG Mobile Championship, India’s biggest tournament with Rs 50 Lakh prize pool

Tencent Games, PUBG MOBILE, the world’s largest game company has announced India’s biggest eSports Championship, ‘PUBG MOBILE Campus Championship 2018’. “PUBG Mobile has become one of the most played games in India.

PUBG Mobile recently crossed the 10 million daily active users (DAUs) around the world (excluding China). It is the number one free game in Action Games category.

According to a press release from the company, the PUBG Mobile Campus Championship 2018 in India “will feature more than 1000 colleges from 30+ cities across the country”.

The entire prize amount is whopping Rs. 50 lakh which has been sponsored by Oppo India and the championship will be streamed across all social media platforms, allowing gamers to follow the championship blow-by-blow as one team manages to claim the top spot.

The tournament will have the following awards for the matches at the Grand Finals

1. MVP – Overall Best Player with a maximum number of MVP awards

2. The Executioner – Awarded for maximum kills overall

3. The Medic – Awarded for the highest number of revives

4. The Redeemer – Awarded to the player with the highest amount of health restored

5. The Rampage Freak – Awarded for maximum kills in one lobby

6. The Lone ranger – Awarded for Maximum Time Survived in game

You can participate in squads of four and compete with players from across the country. The championship will feature four knockout rounds, including the semi-finals, which will shortlist the final 20 teams which will compete for the ultimate prize.
