SHE teams of Rachakonda have booked 28 cases and apprehended 40 accused from different areas of Rachakonda in this month. Among these 28 cases, 6 are registered as criminal cases under IPC sections and 22 cases are petty cases. Out of 40 offenders arrested 12 are minors and 28 are majors. All these offenders have attended the counseling along with their parents which is taken up by Bhoomika organization.
Few important cases: One Pavan kumar S/o. Veera Vastava Rao, Age about 31 years has come into acquaintance with one unmarried women and appointed her in a health insurance agency as an agent. Later, he took Rs. 6,00,000/- for offering her job and cheated and started harassing her. Hence an FIR is registered in Cr. No. 756/16, U/sec. 354D, 417, 420 & 506 IPC in Kushaiguda PS. The accused is arrested and remanded.
One Mudida Srikrishna S/o. Anand, Age about 24 years r/o. Venkatraman colony, Nagole used to harass a 25 years old lady, his neighbor. One day he trespassed into her house and forced her to love him and beaten her on her rejection. On the Complaint of the women, a case in Cr. No. 1292/16, u/sec. 354D, 448, 323 IPC is registered in L.B. Nagar PS and accused is arrested and remanded.
One M. Bhanu chander S/o. Sampurna Rao, age about 32 years r/o. Balkampet, was harassing one 26 years girl in the name of love. He was following and pressuring her to love him for last one year. The victim girl resigned her job because of his harassment . later he started to go to her house and was threatening her to marry him otherwise he pour acid on her. When one of the victim’s friend tried to warn the accused, he has beaten him up. Hence, a case is registered in Cr. No. 857/2016, U/sec. 354D & 506 IPC in Uppal Ps. The accused is arrested and remanded.
Three boys A1- D. Rajesh s/o. Balraj Goud, Age : 22 years, A2- S. Lakhan s/o. Santhosh Yadav, Age: 25 years, A-3- Sk. Jameel s/o. Raj Bowli, age; 35 years have tried to exploit a married women, mother of two kids, they demanded her for sexual desires and threatened with dire consequences. Hence a case is registered in Cr. No. 349/16, U/sec. 354, 506 IPC in keesara PS. All the accused were arrested and remanded.
Malkajgiri SHE team did a decoy operation at Habsiguda street no. 8 and apprehended R1. A. Pavan S/o. Sangram, R2. G. Ganesh s/o. Kistaiah, R3. K. Vikram s/o. Govind, R4. B. Vineeth S/o. Raj Kumar while they are teasing girls over there by passing on bikes rashly and touching the girls intentionally. All are residents of nacharam and a petty case is registered against them in Nacharam PS.
In another decoy operation of Malkajgiri SHE team at Uppal X road R1. P. Nikhil s/o. Venkat Ramulu age: 18 years, R2. B. Karthik s/o. Srinivas Rao, Age: 18 years, R3. Ajith Kadiya s/o. Robi Kadiya age: 18 years have been apprehended while they are teasing girls who passed by commenting them with abusive words. All three are students and a petty case is booked against them in Uppal PS.
One M. Srinivas S/o. Late Bikshapathi, age: 32 years, r/o. Bairamalguda, Occ: laborour was following and harassing a 12 years girl, 6th class student while she was going to school every day. A petty case is registered against the accused in Meerpet PS.
Kushaiguda SHE team conducted a decoy at Sri Chaitanya College, Kamala Nagar and apprehended R1. K. Sharan s/o. Shankar, Occ: student, R2. T. Shiva Krishna, S/o. Narsimha Rao, Occ: Worker, while they are roaming on a motor cycle very rashly in front of girls and make them scare. A petty case is booked against them in Kushaiguda PS.
Bhongiri SHE team apprehended four boys R1. S. Shiva Kumar S/o. Srisailam, age: 21 years, R2. P. Sai Bharath S/o. Agulu, Age: 20 years, R3. Ch. Kranthi Kumar s/o. Laxmaiah, age: 21 years and R4. D. Sai Kumar s/o. Ashok, age: 19 years in their decoy operation at ZP High School, Bhagayath, Bhongiri while they are teasing and misbehaving with school girls by urinating infront of them. All are students and a petty case is booked against them in Bhongiri town police station.
- Parashuram s/o. Venkataiah, age: 20 years r/o. cherlapally, B. Srisailam s/o. Yadagiri, age: 26 years, r/o. Dammaiguda, Bhoopathi Ravi s/o. Krishna, age: 25 years r/o. Vivekananda nagar, K. Swamy s/o. Mallesh, age:27 years, r/o. kapra, S. Vijay Kumar S/o. S. Srinivas, age; 18 years, r/o. A.S. Rao nagar, S. Sharath s/o. Venkat Reddy, age: 23 years, r/o. PNR colony, L.B. Nagar, Ch. Naga Arun Kumar, age: 22 years, r/o. Ramana colony, uppal, L. Chandra Shekar s/o. Vemma Reddy, age: 23 years r/o. Raghavendra colony are booked under petty cases in different police stations of Rachakonda as they have harassed women over phone by sending abusive messages.
All the SHE teams of Rachakonda along with three newly created SHE teams of Ibrahimpatnam, Bhongiri & Choutuppal are working hard in hotspots of different areas of Rachakonda Commissionerate by doing decoy operations to catch eve teasers and create a safer environment for women.
