New Delhi: The national capital is at extreme level of smog since a few days. On one hand, there are reports of increasing number of patients at hospitals, while on the other, there were several deadly accidents occurred on Noida Expressway.
Congress vice-president, Rahul Gandhi on Twitter questioned the authorities with a few lines of Ghazal ‘seene mein jalan’ on Monday. Giving a funny yet serious look at the problem, he wrote: “Seene me jalan, aankhon me toofan sa kyu hai… Kya batayenge saheb, sab jaankar anjaan kyu hain”

The word ‘saheb’ used by Rahul here can be taken in either of these references; close supporters of PM Modi call him saheb, while Delhi government’s indifference towards the situation can also be taken into consideration.
