Rajnath exhorts people to vote for BJP candidates

Hyderabad: Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh today said people were not believing on the alliance of TDP and Congress.

Addressing an election meeting at JNS stadium in Hanamakonda Rajnath Singh said Warangal town has history. It was first BJP MP elected from Warangal Loksabha in 1984, he reminded. Since the Warangal has given first BJP MP to the nation, the centre has granted Smart city, Amrut city, Heritage city projecgs for its development, the union home minister said.

Criticising functioning of TRS government, Rajnath Singh alleged that KCR has failed to keep his world who had promised to provide double bed room to poor and houses to Journalists. BJP will do what it will talk and people are supporting BJP for its developmental works, he said adding that during the regime of Vajpayee gove4nment four lines, six lines and rural roads were developed and Modi government also working with the same spirit. The country is on the path of progress under the leadership of prime minister Narendra Modi and it was ranked sixth in top ten country in the world.

Rajnath Singh said three states created by Vajpayee government are progressing rapidly, but Telangana and AP are lagging behind development. KCR claimed that he has developed the state, then why 4500 people have committed suicide. He called up people to chase those who asked vote on religion basis. TDP and Congress have come together against the BJP. But people are not believing on this unholy alliance, he said.

Taking a dig at Rahul Gandhi, Rajnath Singh said Rahul Gandhi has said that he will set up a potato factory and from his announcement we can imagine the vision of Congress party. BJP always works for protection of the country and people. If one bullet comes from Pakistan side, that country may not be able to count how many bullets were fired from our side”, he roared.

Appealing people to vote for BJP candidates, Rajnath Singh said he will come back to Warangal city for thanks-giving after winning of BJP candidate Dharma Rao.
