Ram Mandir: VHP organizes “Dharma Sabha” in Ayodhya on Sunday

Ayodhya: Two major events have been organized to demand Central Govt. to announce the date of construction of Ram Temple in Ayodhya. In the first program, Shiva Sena Chief Uddhav Thackeray performed puja at the bank of Sarayu River.

Police have made tight security arrangements for these programs. Thackeray also talked to Sadhus and local people. He has brought a pot full of soil from Shivneri Fort along with him. He will hand it over to the Chief priest.

It may be mentioned that there is no presence of Shiva Sena in UP. A leader of Shiva Sena is camping in Ayodhya for the past few days.

The major event of VHP is Dharma Sabha which is being held today. This will be the largest congregation after the demolition of Babri Masjid in 1992. The purpose of this meeting is to review the plans of construction of Ram Temple.

It may be mentioned that VHP has been mustering support in UP during the past few days taking out rallies on motorcycles and arranging public meetings.

During one such rally which was taken out in the minority concentration areas of Kanpur, communal tension erupted.

Former CM of UP, Mr. Akhilesh Yadav appealed to the Supreme Court to pass an order for the deployment of army if needed. Mr. Yadav told that BJP does not have faith either in constitution or in the Supreme Court. It can go to any extent. Supreme Court should take special note of it.
