Hyderabad: Telangana TDP State president L Ramana today visited the accident spot at Kondagattu Ghat Road where 60 commuters died. He enquired about the accident.
Speaking on the occasion, Ramana demanded that the caretaker government extend Rs 20 lakh ex gratia each to the bereaved families and provide better treatment to the injured. He also extended Rs 25,000 each to the bereaved families. TDP leaders E Peddi Reddy, politburo member Revuri Prakash Reddy, TTDP women wing president Bandru Shobha Rani and others were present.
TRS MP B Vinod Kumar and Congress leader V Hanumantha Rao consoled the kin of the deceased. Vinod said the TRS party would extend all possible help to the bereaved families and stand behind them.
