Recipe: Almond and Amaranth Ladoo

Ingredients:

  • 30Gram Almonds (slivered, unpeeled)
  • 1 teaspoon Coconut Oil
  • 50 Gram Popped amaranth seeds
  • 1 pinch Cardamom (Elaichi)
  • 50 Ml Jaggery, melted

Procedure:

  • Add popped amaranth seeds, almond slivers and melted jaggery in a bowl.
  • Mix well. Make small firm balls from the mixture.
  • Serve.
