Regulate private schools fee, Kodandaram demands

Hyderabad: Chairman of Telangana Jana Samithi, Prof. Kodandaram told that very little amount has been allocated in the budget for the education department.

Addressing a round table conference, he said that Telangana is a State with less percentage of literacy. The illiteracy rate in Mehboob Nagar and Gadwal is higher.

He further told that due to non-availability of English medium government schools, parents and guardians are forced send their children in private English medium schools.

He felt the need to regulate the fee structure of private English medium schools.
