Job Description:
The ideal candidate must have :
At least 3+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiter.
Should have good experience working sourcing of resumes from different portals or any other channels against the job requirement.
He should work on the offshore requirements or any other client requirements for India and USA.
He should be strong in converting a resource to potential leads with his recruitment abilities.
Working with Direct clients would be an added advantage.
Sound knowledge on IT concepts and latest trends
Excellent knowledge of Internet based recruiting tools (i.e.: Naukri, Monster etc.)
Need target oriented candidates with a history of achieving target
Very Strong communication and inter personal skills
Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast paced environment.
Candidate should be flexible to work in day shift, if necessary from noon to night shift.
He should act as a mediator for the Domestic & US staffing and timezones.
