Job Description:

PSR Solutions have been appointed by a British FM Service provider to recruit for a Facilities Manager on a major retail contract.

Responsibilities:

– Lead Role on a newly acquired contract

– Reports directly to Head of UAE FM Operations

– Facilities Manager specialising in Retail Outlets

– Hard Services Specific

– Managing a large team of Coordinators/Engineers/Supervisors/Technicians

Requirements:

– Engineering Background (Electrical or Mechanical) – Degree Qualification Desirable

– Extensive FM Hard Services Experience with an emphasis on Retail Projects

– GCC Experience

– Have held a lead FM role previously

– FM Service Provider Experience Preferred

Salary and Benefits:
Salary on offer is a negotiable AED 30,000 + Car + Family Status
