Description
.To assist and coordinate with QS and Planning Engineers for updating MEP services progress
·To oversee overall MEP services installation as per the scope of work.
·Coordinate & assist in inspection for overall MEP installation works.
·Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
·Preferred minimum of 5 years of MEP Contracting industry experience in UAE
·Cost effectiveness, high level of analytical skills, ability to diagnose root cause of issues
·Multi-cultural exposure and sensitivity.
·Field construction with hands on experience in installing MEP systems.
·Providing Budget review and value analysis
·Providing Construct-ability reviews and recommendations
·Provide Scheduling, review and updates
·Presentation skills
· Maintain good relationships with co-workers, vendors, subcontractors, owners, engineers and architects
· Troubleshoot mechanical & electrical field problems for projects in the construction phase
