Job Description:
My client is a joint venture of construction companies who are working on a major section of the Riyadh metro project in Saudi Arabia. They are currently looking to recruit a planning manager to oversee all planning activities on the JV/ The person would be responsible for a senior planning engineer, planing engineer and a tilos operator a would be responsible for;
– Leading all planning duties.
– Manage planning procedures as per the clients needs;
– Develop a master works program;
– Manage budgets;
– Manage a suitable monitoring and reporting program
Requirements:
Candidates should have a degree in civil engineering or a similar subject and should have a proven background as a planning manager working on large construction and infrastructure projects. Candidates must have rail and metro experience and should have previously worked in the Middle East. Candidates should have experience of using Primavera and Microsoft software and should be familiar with Tilos software.
