Job Description:
Position: Restaurant Manager
Location: Dubai
Experience:
Two years experience in the UAE in a Management position
Experience in a quick service restaurant environment?
Good knowledge around UAE food safety code
Experience with Western brands, ideally having worked in America, U.K, Ireland, South Africa, Australia or New Zealand (Or similar countries).
We are looking to add an experienced Restaurant manager to our team. The right candidate will have a clear understanding of what makes a restaurant successful from great guest interaction down to controlling their P&L. They will be a natural people person and understand the importance of their Team & Guests happiness. They will have initiative and have confidence to make decisions when necessary.

Responsibilities to include but not limited to:
Staff Scheduling
Cash handling
Stock counting
Ordering stock
Maintenance follow ups
Controlling portioning/ Food costs
Staff training
Growing current staff into higher positions
Giving feedback on operations and menu to improve the brand as we grow
Growing you, to climb to the next step
