Krishna Prasad, IPS, DGP Railways and road safety, planted a sapling at Sri Sadguru Samarth Narayan Ashram, Jiyaguda today as part of Harithaharam.
Krishna Prasad said the Police Department was near to the target allotted for planting saplings. He also said there is 100 per cent survival of last year plants and have grown up to 3 to 4 feet high. He said his department has involved civil society, educational institutions and children in plantation of saplings on a large scale.
Ashram Maharaja Sri Prabhu Datt and DSRP Rajendra Prasad and Inspectors participated in the program. (NSS)
