Hyderabad: Telangana State Director of Government Examinations B. Sudhakhar on Tuesday informed that the nominal roll data pertaining to regular candidates appearing for SSC Public Examinations March 2018 will be on display on the website www.bsetelangana.org from January 29 to February 2. In this connection all the Head Masters have been requested to download and furnish correction in PDF printed copy itself.
All the fields of the N.R data i.e., candidate name, father name, mother name, community code, sex code, date of birth, subjects correction, Medium of instruction, and P.H. code, etc., have to be verified with reference to the admission register and corrections if found in any field has to be corrected in the downloaded checklist (hard copy) itself neatly rounding the mistake and corrections made with proper attestations in every page duly mentioning the number of corrections. No over writings is allowed.
If any correction found in Date of Birth of the candidate, in this regard copy of the admission register duly counter signed by concerned officials should be submitted to this office. If any difference is found in photograph and signature of the candidates, a fresh OMR cum ICR form has to be submitted to this office with relevant photograph of the candidate. The figure (Subjects appearing) given at the end of school checklist has to be got verified carefully with reference to the school records. If any variations are found in medium of Instruction and Subject codes, the same should be brought to the notice of the concerned officers in DGE Office by the HM Concerned.
The late date for submission of corrected copies in the DEOs office by the Headmasters is February 3 by 5 pm and the last date for submission of corrected copies in the O/o DGE TS by the DEOs is February 5 by 11 am. No more time will be given for corrections, as examinations are time bound, the Director said. (INN)
