Saffron brigade jittery over anti-BJP Kolkata rally

Kolhapur/New Delhi: Despite differences, the opposition parties showed extra-ordinary unity at the ‘United India Rally’ of Trinamool Congress on Saturday at Kolkata and made the saffron brigade jittery.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi targeted opposition alliance for the next consecutive day on Sunday while union minister Prakash Javadekar warned that without Modi, anarchy will prevail in the country.

Meanwhile, the opposition is in high spirits after the rally. Former president of All India Congress party and UPA Chairperson Sonia Gandhi expressed satisfaction over the success of rally and said the next election will be held to restore democracy in the country.

25 parties attended the opposition rally in Kolkata which worried Prime Minister Narendra Modi for the possibility of the united front of opposition.
