Kumar and Banu in December 2017 had complained that Bhojwani, on the basis of forged and fabricated documents, was claiming to be the owner of two plots on which Dilip Kumar’s bungalow is built.
The actor owned the two plots-CTS nos C-1395 and C-1396, at Pali Hill in Bandra and claimed he bought in September 1953, for Rs 1.40 lakh.
This led the Economic Offences Wing of the Mumbai Police to register a case of cheating against him.
