Salman donate to martyr’s families, Twitter thanks Rijiju for revealing

MUMBAI: Extremely disturbed by the chilling terror attack on a CRPF convoy, many Bollywood celebs joins forces to donate to the families of the martyrs killed in the gruesome Pulwama attack.

Salman Khan, the Sultan of Bollywood also contributed an undisclosed amount to the Bharat Ke Veer fund for the martyr’s families through his foundation ‘Being Human’.

The Minister of State for Home Affairs, Kiren Rijiju, took to his Twitter account to reveal and thank actor Salman Khan for “offering to contribute for Pulwama Martyrs through BEING HUMAN FOUNDATION.”

Earlier, condemning the attack, Salman tweeted, “My heart goes out for the Jawans of our beloved country and their families who lost their lives as martyrs to save our families.”

Megastar Amitabh Bachchan‘s spokesperson confirmed that the Agneepath actor will donate Rs 500,000 each to the families of the 40 CRPF troopers who were killed in the terror attack on February 14.

Singer-actor Diljit Dosanjh has donated Rs 300,000 to the wives of the CRPF troopers who died in the terror attack in Jammu and Kashmir’s Pulwama district.

Diljit on Sunday shared a snapshot of his donation receipt to the CRPF Wives Welfare Association.
