Who can apply for this scholarship:
Candidate must have obtained a 1st class degree or equivalent from a recognized Indian university.
Candidate must have secured admission in a foreign university on the basis of their own merit for a course commencing from August or September 2018.
Candidate must be an Indian citizen
Candidate studying in the final year of the degree or equivalent may also apply, they are eligible to submit their final year certificates before April 07th, 2018.
