New Delhi: Hamdard Education Society, New Delhi invites applications for the award of scholarships to meritorious and financially weak Muslim students.
The students should have passed X/XII/Degree examination with 80% marks or more. The quantum of the scholarship will be decided by the selection committee. The selected candidate will have to execute an indemnity bond that they would start repaying the scholarship amount after they begin earning.
Every year, the scholarship would be renewed if the progress of the student is found to be satisfactory.
It may be mentioned that this scheme was initiated by late Hakeem Abdul Hameed, Founder of Hamdard Laboratories.
The candidates should submit marks sheet, bonafide certificate, income certificate and their photographs along with the application. The last date of the submission of filled in applications is 29th September 2018.
