Siasat news editor Mr. Amer Ali Khan received letter from Kushaiguda police stating that Shaikh Osman alias Rasheed was shifted to Osmania Hospital after he fell ill in Cherlapally Jail where he died while undergoing treatment. Jail officials approached Kushaiguda police which after completing formalities approached Mr. Zahed Ali Khan and requested to arrange funeral rites.
Similarly on the request of Bhawani Nagar police, Railway police Kachiguda, Sultan Bazar police, Railway police Hyderabad and Habeeb Nagar police, 6 Muslim bodies were collected from Osmania hospital and were buried at Tharthare Shah graveyard, Bansilalpet, Secunderabad under the supervision Syed Abdul Mannan Boots Club, Secunderabad. Funeral prayer was offered at Osmania Hospital.
