Silence of political leaders, media & Supreme Court over Justice Loya issue, meaningful

Hindutva and Development has no similarity hence, the Modi government failed to fulfill its promise of development, however the plan of communalism was successful. It has succeeded in spreading unprecedented violence and hatred in the country. The entire energy of police is exhausted on protecting the accused. Judiciary is also partly involved in it.

The worst example of indifferent of judiciary is the suspicious death of CBI Judge Brij Gopal Loya in 2014 while he was hearing arguments on charge in the Sohrabuddin Sheikh fake encounter case in which BJP president Amit Shah was an accused along with several top police officials.

In 2012 the Supreme Court shifted the case to Mumbai. Justice Loya’s predecessor was transferred because he had admonished Amit Shah on his continuous absence from the Court. Loya who was appointed later also raised question on Amit Shah’s absence.

On the intervening night of November 30 and December 1 he died of hearth attack. In a short time Amit Shah was discharged of the case saying that he was implicated in false case due to political rivalry. Later the police officers also got bail one after another. This indicates that the whole plot was conspired to protect the accused.

3 years after the death of Justice Loya, a journalist of Caravan magazine made shocking revelation after meeting Justice Loya’s family members. Silence of political leaders and media even after those shocking revelations is deplorable. Why the Supreme Court is not taking note of the suspicious death of a person from its own fraternity is also a question that needs to be answered.
