Indore: Spiritual guru Bhayyu Maharaj allegedly shoots himself in Madhya Pradesh’s Indore on Tuesday. Police and hospital authorities informed this.
Deputy Inspector General (DIG) Indore H C Mishra told that Uday Singh Deshmukh better known as Bhayyu Maharaj committed suicide.
According to DC, he was rushed to the Bombay Hospital where he died while undergoing treatment.
A large number of his supporters of Guru, who was very popular in Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh because of his spiritual and social works, gathered in front of the hospital. His disciples include Devendra Fadnavis and legendary singer Lata Mangeshkar.
