Subramanian Swamy files petition in HC to delink TTD with AP Govt

Hyderabad: BJP Rajya Sabha member Subramanian Swamy filed a petition in the Telugu States’ High Court urging it to keep away the Tirumala Tirupati Devastanam (TTD) from Andhra Pradesh State authority. He also pleaded with the Court to stop misuse of TTD funds by keeping the TTD away from the AP government’s authority.

Swamy personally came here and filed the petition. He informed that he himself will argue the case while coming here within 10 days. Swamy went to Delhi after filing the petition.

It may be mentioned here that Swamy brought the issue of misuse of funds of TTD, and disappearance of valuable ornaments and gifts to the notice of the Centre. Swamy has already approached Supreme Court on the TTD dispute. But the Supreme Court suggested Swamy to file case in the common High Court.
