New Delhi: Arya Samaj leader and Bandhva Mukti Morcha Chief Swami Agnivesh has expressed deep concern over Bajrang Dal’s arms training. He slammed central government for ignoring illegal and objectionable activities of Bajrang Dal. He said if the government accepts the arm training carried out by Bajrang Dal to stop love jihad, it means that the government is incapable of maintaining law and order in the country.
Swami Agnivesh said at a time when minorities’ freedom and safety are compromised in Modi government, permitting organisations like Bajrang Dal to indulge in provocation is uncalled for.
He urged the prime minister to intervene and appealed all the citizens to be united against the activities of Bajrang Dal.
It must be noted that Bajrang Dal, the youth wing of Vishwa Hindu Parishad, is providing arms training to its youth in Madhya Pradesh to fight against alleged ‘anti-nationals and love jihadist’.
