T Congress has many CM candidates: Srihari

Hyderabad: Deputy Chief Minister Kadiam Srihari today ridiculed that the opposition congress party is troubling itself with several chief ministerial candidates for each district. Addressing a TRS party program at Hanmakonda as a preparation for Pragathi Nivedan Meeting, he said that all the senior leaders like K Jana Reddy, Utham Kumar Reddy, DK Aruna, Komatireddy Venkat Reddy and others are claiming to be chief minister candidates from the congress. This is a piquant situation that the oldest party is ever facing he fumed. He sought to know whether the congress can conduct such a big public meeting like Pragathi Nivedan conclave. Did the Congress has strength to hold a meeting of that stature he said and flayed that the opposition is indulging in false campaign against the government.

The congress leaders during their regime looted the people and minted money, he charged. Indeed, the congress has no single candidate for chief minister post as all the seniors are vying for it Srihari ridiculed. The deputy chief minister said that 100 per cent of people are with the ruling party which will gain victory in the elections. The TRS will win the elections with more than100 seats as the people support it he expressed hope. He ridiculed that the Congress is afraid of the early Assembly elections and resorting to make baseless charges. Srihari said that 3 lakhs of people will attend the Pragathi Nivedan Meeting near Hyderabad and will create a record. Vehicles for the meeting are arranged and the public should attend in a large numbers he said. He also appealed to people to postpone their travels on Sept 2, Sunday due to inconvenience as the roads will be leading to Pragathi Nivedan meeting in Kongarakalan.
