Talasani dares Errabelli to contest from Sanathnagar

Commercial Taxes Minister Talasani Srinivas Yadava today launched a scathing attack on Telangana Telugu Desam senior leader Errabelli Dayakar Rao for making baseless allegations against the TRS Government with regard to civic polls.

The minister said Dayakar Rao was indulging in double-speak over the meetings of Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao. Dayakar was playing dramas for political survival and the people are not ready to trust him during the polls. He also threw a challenge to Dayakar Rao to defeat him by contesting from Sanathnagar Assembly segment. He asserted that the TRS would bag majority of the seats in the civic polls, including Sanathnagar. “If Errabelli has any guts, he should contest from the segment as he was not going back or afraid of the byepoll. The Opposition should stop making blind talk”, he said and charged the TD leader with trying to belittle the ruling party on defections.

The leaders, on watching the monumental developments in the State were joining the TRS, he claimed. He also ridiculed the TDP leaders for talking about deputy mayor post as they cannot win seats in the civic polls. “I am ready for an agreement before mediapersons that I am ready to contest from Sanathanagar or any other segment suggested by Dayakar Rao”, Srinivas Yadav said. Stating that they will offer seats to settlers where there is a chance, he said they are not provoking communal politics for a few seats like the BJP. (NSS)
