Telangana Jana Samithi to contest alone: Kodandaram

Hyderabad: Chairman of Telangana Jana Samithi (TJS), Prof. Kodandaram termed the Nivedhana Sabha of TRS a biggest flop show. TRS had claimed that 25 lakh people would attend the meeting but it was reported that less than four lakh persons have participated in it.

He was addressing a gathering organized to felicitate him on the occasion of his 63rd birthday.

Prof. Kodandaram told that the objective for which Telangana State was formed has completely been set aside by Mr. KCR. In order to cover up the shortcomings, Mr. KCR misled the people of Telangana in the name of Pragathi Nivedhana Sabha.

He mentioned that the people of Telangana are emotional but not foolish. They know that the motive behind convening the mass meeting was only to take a decision to dissolve State Assembly.

He reiterated that TJS will not keep quiet and it will expose the anti-people policies of TRS.

He also mentioned that TJS will not have an alliance with any political party.
