Hyderabad: The South-West monsoon winds reached the border of Telangana State. It is expected that winds will advance further into the State on Thursday.
As per Indian Metrological Department (IMD), the atmospheric conditions favour further movement of South-West Moon into Telangana on Thursday, Telangana Today reported.
It is also expected that the monsoon will cover entire State on Friday.
IMD also reported that till now, the monsoon had entered into some parts of Karnataka, most parts of Rayalaseema, south coastal Andhra Pradesh.
Monsoon will cover a major part of the country between June 9 and 11.
On Thursday, at some places of Telangana, thunderstorms might be witnessed.
