Ten helpful acupressure points to treat body pains

Acupressure is one of the effective techniques to treat someone. There are numerous benefits of acupressure without any side effects like medicines. The ancient practice helps in curing and diagnosing the sick.

The technique is based on the concept of life energy which flows through “meridians” in the body. Energy blockages can be a result of stress, an injury or trauma, or bad living habits (diet, habits/addictions, lack of exercise).

Physical pressure is applied to acupressure points in the body in order to clear these blockages. The pressure may be applied by hand, elbow, or other acupressure devices available in the market.
