TET will become compulsory for teachers teaching classes 9th to 12th

New Delhi: In the coming days Teachers’ Eligibility Test (TET) will become compulsory for the teachers teaching classes 9th to 12th class across the country. National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) has approved the proposal in the council meeting. So far the exam was compulsory for the teachers teaching classes from 1st to 8th. But now it will be compulsory for the teachers teaching classes from 9th to 12th.
