‘Those who feel unsafe and threatened in India should be bombed’: UP BJP MLA

The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MLA from Uttar Pradesh named Vikram Saini has demanded a law for harsh action against those people complaining of feeling ‘unsafe’ in India.

The MLA sparked controversy on Friday by saying those who feel unsafe in India should be bombed. “‘My personal view is that those who say they feel unsafe and threatened in India should be bombed.”

He further said that he should be given a ministry and he will bomb all such people. “Not even one will be spared.”

His remark came after actor Naseeruddin Shah, in an apparent reference to the recent mob violence, said at many places the death of a cow is being given more importance than the killing of a policeman.

Earlier actor Naseeruddin Shah expressed his heartfelt feelings on the prevailing situation in the country due to which he became the target of criticism from all the sides.

The actor had earlier stated that “I feel worried about my children. They do not have a religion. I had received a religious education as a child. Ratna (his wife who is a Hindu) belongs to a liberal household, so she had received none,” he said.
