Tit for tat: Prince Tucy gives DNA certificate reference

Hyderabad: The self-proclaimed descendant of Mughal emperor Bahadur Shah Zafar, Prince Yakub Habeebuddin Tucy, in an interview questioned about AIMIM president and MP Asaduddin Owaisi’s reality. He exemplified himself saying “my name is ‘Tucy’ and I come from Turkistan” and asked about Owaisi’s lineage.

Tucy further asked about the name of Owaisi’s forefather and claimed that he would live in a rented house 25 years ago. He also asked ‘how Owaisi is now able to live in a mansion worth Rs 100 crores’. Tucy questioned ‘how come Owaisi got a permission for starting a hospital just after Babri Masjid’s demolition’, and claimed possible settlement.

The proclaimed prince chastised Owaisi saying: “Owaisi illegally occupied Darussalam betraying his owner and his city. He is the one who can’t even tell about his forefathers.” Adding that people like Owaisi have no importance and he is like a ‘joker’.

On being asked about ‘why has he (Prince Tucy) started to speak against Owaisi’, he said “Owaisi propagated hate speeches and asked me about my lineage. On which I clarified giving reference to Supreme Court and DNA report about family background.”

“Now we ask Owaisi about the same, he needs to clarify us and his people about his roots,” Tucy said.
