Hyderabad: In a tragic incident which took place in the Old City of Hyderabad, a teenage girl committed suicide due to depression.
According to the report published in Telangana Today, a 14-year-old girl by name Sania Khan committed suicide by hanging herself. She took this extreme step at her house which is located at Kunwarwadi, Madannapet.
As per the details, she hanged to a ceiling fan using her scarf. At the time of the incident, her family member had gone out for some work.
After parents return home, the girl was rushed to Owaisi General Hospital where she was declared brought dead.
Recently, the girl who was the student of Class IX was admonished by her mother over studies. Due to this, the girl reportedly went into depression and took this extreme step.
Police registered a case and started investigation.
