TRS activists killed Srinivas, Allege Cong Leaders

Alleging that the TRS activists only killed Nalgonda municipal chairperson Boddupalli Laxmi’s husband Boddupalli Srinivas, TPCC Chief N Uttam Kumar Reddy said that Nakrekal MLA Vemula Veeresham was indulging in criminal activities in Nalgonda district.
Speaking to the media after meeting the DGP along with party leaders here on Saturday, Uttam said that the state government didn’t provide security to Boddupalli Srinivas though the latter requested the government for it several times. He demanded the state government to initiate stringent action against culprits. “We have also given a letter to the DGP asking him to enhance the security of Komatireddy”, he said and made it clear that they will ask for CBI inquiry into the Srinivas’s murder if justice was denied.

Senior leader V Hanumantha Rao has alleged that Vemula Veeresham was indulging in threatening politics in the district. The TRS government was killing BCs. The government has to punish culprits severely and if possible it has to encounter the culprits. The state will turn as fireball if anything happened to Komatireddy Venkat Reddy. The separate Telangana state was achieved not for murder politics, he said and demanded the state government to order comprehensive inquiry into the murder of Srinivas. He said that Vemula Veeresham was resorting to threatening similar to slain gangster Nayeem and demanded the state government to encounter Vemula Veeresham.

Komatireddy Venkat Reddy alleged that Srinivas murder took place just because of Vemula Veeresham. Veeresham was indulging in threatening with the support of Chief Minister and Minister G Jagdeesh Reddy. “Former MLA Chirumarthi Lingaiah and I am getting threatening calls. TRS leaders have to feel shy to criticise Congress party at this juncture”, he said and made it clear that they will approach Court if justice is denied. Stating that only swords will remain in the state if murders continued, Komatireddy asked KCR not to test their patience.
