Hyderabad: Panchayatraj Minister Jupally Krishnarao has said that the laying of roads didn’t take place in the previous governments though the people made several rounds to the offices and Ministers. The TRS government had thought that all areas should be clean to have a golden Telangana, he said adding the government sanctioned roads to all villages in all areas across the state.
Replying to a question raised by the TRS MLA Solipeta Ramachandra Reddy on Thursday in the Legislative Assembly, Krishna Rao said that the state government spent Rs.1700 crore sanctioning Rs.2246 crore for 14,980 kilometers roads in the state. (NSS)
