TRS will be electrocuted by people: Revanth Reddy

Hyderabad: Alleging that caretaker chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao went for early elections even though the people gave power for TRS party, TPCC working president A Revanth Reddy has said that the KCR was suffering from fear of defeat.

Addressing the Congress Muslim Minorities meeting held at Gajula Ramaram in Quthbullapur constituency here on Sunday, Revanth Reddy said that KCR was speaking as he wished with the fear of defeat. He suggested police to work freely as the election code has come to the effect. He made it clear that the Congress party would strive for the Telangana society for 60 months if the people allocated their 60 days time to the Congress party.

He slammed KCR stating that KCR was an employee of the Prime Minister Narendra Modi who stays in Delhi and asked the people to tell whether the Telangana people needed Modi’s employee (KCR) as the chief minister of the state. He assured that the Congress party will fulfill every assurance given by it to the people.

Predicting that the TRS party will receive a current shock in the coming elections, Revanth Reddy alleged that the KCR family developed a lot after the latter becoming the chief minister of the state. KCR failed to care the families of the martyrs at least, he lamented. He took objection for using Telangana sentiment once again by the KCR for the sake of power and informed that TDP chief N Chandrababu Naidu extended their party support to the Congress party only to see the end of KCR rule in Telangana state.
