TRS won Assembly polls by tampering with EVMs

Hyderabad: AICC Secretary SA Sampath Kumar on Wednesday alleged that the ruling TRS party won in the recent Assembly elections by tampering with EVMs in the State. He said the TRS neither expanded the State cabinet nor held the swearing-in ceremony of party MLAs even after 15 days of completion of the elections.

Addressing mediapersons here today, Sampath Kumar said the ruling party was not coming forward for an inquiry despite production of evidence by them about the EVM tampering. He also alleged that the ruling TRS party MLA KTR was scared of undergoing a lie detector test on the issue. Ridiculing the Chief Minister for moving around the country by forgetting the governance of the State, Sampath said his son KTR was enjoying a long holiday in Dubai. Sampath also alleged that former minister Harish Rao was not even coming out of his residence as he was scared of not getting the cabinet minister’s post in his uncle’s cabinet.
