Hyderabad: Transport Minister of TS, Mr. Mahendra Reddy met the Union Minister of Transport, Mr. Nitin Gadkari in New Delhi and made an appeal for the establishment of National Transport Academy in Telangana and also released Rs. 250 crore for it.
Mr. Gadkari met the Minister with TRS MP B.B. Patil, Mr. Sunil Sharma, Principal Secretary of Transport and other officials. The state delegation requested the minister to establish National Transport Academy on the lines of National Police Academy. Transport Minister of Telangana State told that the TRS Govt. is very serious about making the state accident free.
