The Telangana Government has constituted Advance Ruling Authority and Anti-Profiteering Screening Committee as per Goods and Service Act.
The Advance Ruling Authority issues clarification on an application in determining tax liabilities, rate of taxation, classification, etc., The members of the Authority are Central Tax Joint Commissioner V. Srinivas and Additional Commissioner of State Tax J. Laxminarayana.
Similarly, the Anti-Profiteering Screening Committee will verify the complaints received or referred by the Standing Committee for Anti-Profiteering Screening Committee, New and submits it recommendations. The members of this committee are Commissioner of Central Tax Mandalika Srinivas and Additional Commissioner of State Tax B. Amrutha Lakshmi, according to a press release. (INN)
