TS Govt functioning in Undemocratic Way: BJP

Telangana BJP state president Dr K Laxman alleged that the TRS government is functioning in an undemocratic and dictatorial manner in and outside assembly.

He was addressing after laying foundation stone for Rangareddy district party office in Shamshabad. He further alleged that people are fed up with the TRS government and they are protesting in villages against functioning of the state government. The people of the state have voted to TRS believing that they will get democratic Telangana, But this government is functioning against the aspiration of the people. Even people have lost opportunity to express their resentment and protests, Laxman lamented.

He alleged that there were several land scams reported during Congress and TRS regime in Rangareddy district. The Congress and TRS parties are family ruled parties and there is no opportunity for an ordinary person within the party, Laxman accused.

Describing TRS as a drop in water, Laxman said the ruling party would definitely face defeat in 2019 elections.

He said the people of the country are supporting leadership of the prime minister and BJP would come to power in Telangana in 2019 elections.

Ex-MLA Baddam Balreddy, BJP national executive member Perala Shekhar Rao, BJP state secretary T Achari, state secretaries Dr Premraj Yadav, Sher Narsing Rao, state media convenor V Sudhakar Sharma and others attended the meeting.(NSS)
