Hyderabad: First Addl. Metropolitan Sessions Judge of Nampally Criminal Court awarded three years imprisonment and Rs. 5000 fine to a private tutor.
According to the details of the case, K. Sunil, (42 ), a resident of Second Bazar, Secunderabad was a tutor. He used to teach the boy from 8th class onwards. He committed the crime of ‘sodomy’ on 17th July. Market Police had arrested him and produced in the court. Police had filed charge sheet of the case in the court. The judge found him guilty and sentenced him three years imprisonment with a fine of Rs. 5 thousand.
