UCD SPIRe Doctoral Scholarship 2018-19 invites applications from PhD applicants in Politics and International Relations.

UCD SPIRe Doctoral Scholarship 2018 covers full fees and a living stipend of EUR 14,000 per annum for up to four years for PhD applicants.

Full proposal of maximum 3 to 5 pages
Copies of all academic transcripts

CV or resume of 1 to 2 pages
Two academic references
English proficiency proof
