UDO urges central government to implement NCERT recommendations

New Delhi: Urdu Development Organisation which is struggling for the promotion of Urdu has urged the central government to implement the recommendations submitted by National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT). National president of the organisation Dr Syed Ahmed Khan said that NCERT has accepted our demands and sent recommendations to the central government to increase the number of Urdu Medium schools and to improve their performance. UDO thanked NCERT for submitting its recommendations.

It must be noted that the National Council of Education Research and Training (NCERT) has drafted a manual suggesting that schools are opened in minority populated areas. It also recommended celebrating festivals related to religious minorities in schools.
