Bletchley: A British man has been accused of kicking an unnamed Somali Muslim in the stomach killing her unborn twins has been charged with racially motivated assault.
On 6 August 2016, the accused David Gallacher allegedly attacked the female victim who doing her shopping with her husband outside a Co-op store in Bletchley, Milton Keynes.
The 34-year-old mum-of-four, who was wearing a headscarf was kicked in the torso causing her to fall to the ground.
She did not know that she was expecting twins at the time of the attack until medics told her that she is no more pregnant as they died from her injuries from the assault.
The 37 year-old charged with a number of offences including assault causing actual bodily harm, racially/religiously aggravated assault.
David, of no fixed abode was released on bailed to appear at Milton Keynes Magistrates’ Court on March 14.
